Olives without kernels
150 g
Walnuts
125 ml
Pomegranate paste
100 ml
Sour pomegranate juice
5 cloves
Garlic
3 tsp
Angelica powder
2 tsp
Dried mint powder
1 tsp
Dried coriander powder
1 tsp
Dried parsley powder
Utensils
Grinder or chopper
Step 1/6
- 150 g Walnuts
- 5 cloves Garlic
- Grinder or chopper
Grate walnuts and garlic cloves.
Step 2/6
- 125 ml Pomegranate paste
- 3 tsp Angelica powder
- 2 tsp Dried mint powder
- 1 tsp Dried coriander powder
- 1 tsp Dried parsley powder
Add sweet-and-sour pomegranate paste ,mint , parsley and coriander.
Step 3/6
- 100 ml Sour pomegranate juice
Add sour pomegranate juice or replace verjuice and mix them.
Step 4/6
Angelica powder. Mix till smooth.
Step 5/6
- 500 g Olives without kernels
Add the walnut sauce to the olive and stir.
Step 6/6
Serve beside main dishes. Enjoy it!
