coconut milk½ leaf
Tumeric leaf
½ stalk
lemongrass
250 ml
water
½ tbsp
salt

cooking oil

- 100 ml cooking oil
Heat the pan and add cooking oil
Step 2/5
- ½ stalk lemongrass
Sautee
Step 3/5
- 125 g Pes Rendang Cili Api Auntie TIM
Cook until oil has risen
Step 4/5
- 1 kg beef
- 100 g coconut milk
- ½ leaf Tumeric leaf
- 250 ml water
Add beef, coconut milk, tumeric leave and water
Step 5/5
- ½ tbsp salt
Cook till the beef tender than add salt
