Banana bread pancakes

- ½ bananas
- 40 ml milk
- ¼ egg
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tbsp brown butter
- 10 g cane sugar
- 30 g flour
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp ground anise
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves

Peel bananas and slice a few pieces for garnish. Mash the rest with a fork, then add vanilla extract, egg, milk, and brown butter and stir to combine. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, cloves to form a batter.

Add butter to a pan set over medium heat. Add a circle of batter to the pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Fry until the batter starts to bubble, then flip and continue to fry until cooked through and golden brown.

While the pancakes cook, combine maple syrup and peanut butter in a small bowl. Drizzle pancakes with peanut butter syrup and garnish with chocolate chips, banana slices, and flaky salt to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
