    • 15 g flour
    • 10 g rolled oats
    • 10 g coconut flakes
    • 10 g brown sugar
    • 5 g caster sugar
    • tsp baking soda
    • wooden spoon
    • oven
    • large bowl
    • parchment paper
    • 2 baking trays

    Preheat the oven to 170°C/340°F and prepare baking trays. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix them.

    • ¼ tbsp honey
    • g raisins
    • small saucepan

    Stir butter and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the butter and honey mixture to the bowl with the other ingredients and stir until well combined (optionally you can add raisins or cranberries).

    Form tablespoonfuls of the dough into balls and place them 5 cm/2 in. apart on the prepared trays. Bake for approx. 10 – 15 min., or until light golden, and let the cookies cool down on the tray for approx. 10 min.
