soy sauce1 tbsp
rice vinegar
1 tsp
sesame oil½ tsp
brown sugar
sesame seed
Step 1/3
- 2 carrots
Peel carrots and grate them into long, thin slices.
Step 2/3
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp brown sugar
Combine the carrot slices with the dressing ingredients. Shake it well to get everything evenly coated.
Step 3/3
- sesame seed
Serve and garnish with sesame seeds. Optionally, you can also add cilantro.
