    • 1 tomato
    • 87 g red bell peppers
    • 87 g green bell peppers
    • 75 g onions
    • ¼ tbsp black peppercorn
    • 50 g cilantro
    • 60 ml olive oil
    • 120 ml water
    • blender

    Blend everything until smooth and homogeneous.

    • airtight container

    Store the sauce in an airtight container and put in the fridge. It would last for about 5 days. You can also freeze it in small cubes and use them as needed.
