Air Fryer French Fries {Low Sodium}
Ingredients
Step 1/8
- 1 large russet potatoes (skins removed)
Cut russet potatoes into french fry shape of your choice
Step 2/8
Soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes
Step 3/8
Drain potatoes, and add new water to soak again for another 30 minutes
Step 4/8
Drain and pat dry potatoes with paper towel
Step 5/8
- ½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Place potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil. Stir potatoes in bowl to coat with the olive oil.
Step 6/8
- ⅛ tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp oregano
- ⅛ tsp dried basil
- ⅛ tsp chili powder
- ⅛ tsp cumin
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle over potatoes.
Step 7/8
Add fries in air fryer basket/rack and arrange evenly or in a single layer
Step 8/8
Fry at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Recommend pausing about half way to shake fries around in basket so all fries are being cooked evenly. Enjoy!
