Air fryer crispy 5-ingredient Camembert

- 20 g flour
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Camembert cheese
- air fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 100°C/200°F. Set up your breading station by adding flour, breadcrumbs, and egg to three separate, deep bowls. Beat egg with a fork. Turn the cheese first in flour, then in egg, and lastly in breadcrumbs. Repeat for each cheese piece.

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp cranberry jam
- salad (for serving)

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the Camembert until golden brown on all sides. Transfer to a air fryer mold with air fryer parchment paper and bake at 180°C/356°F for approx. 15–20 min. Serve immediately with cranberry jam and some green salad on the side.
