Pulse chocolate cookies to a rough powder in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl.

- ⅓ tbsp heavy cream
- ⅜ tbsp dark rum
- salt
- rubber spatula
Add cream, dark rum, and salt to the bowl and mix together to form a soft dough that holds its shape. If needed, add more rum or cream until you reach the right consistency.
